QCM Puff Plastisol Inks - Series TSP
Puff Plastisol inks are formulated to produce a very high puff effect on a wide variety of fabrics. Prints smooth and has an even rise for a clean sharp print.
RECCOMENDED PRINTING PROCEDURES: Cover platens before printing with a soft rubber pad. This will allow the ink deposit to lay on top of the fabric. Print with a light stroke to avoid penetrating the fabric with ink. Screen mesh will affect the appearance and grain of the raised surface. 60 to 80 monofilament is best but 40 to 160 mesh are acceptable. Puffing is produced during the heat curing process at a temperature of 320-340 degrees F for a period of 45 to 90 seconds.
