A biodegradable haze and image stain remover designed for a large variety of inks. This product contains corrosive material. Leave on screen five minutes or less.
cleaner designed to removed all remaining haze from screens
during the reclaiming process
Advantages:
Biodegradable
Fast, efficient removal of haze
Safe when used according to directions
Low cost per usage
Shelby's Haze Remover
Specially formulated liquid to remove embedded U.V. and plastisol inks (haze and ghost images) that remain on the screen. Can be left on the screen longer than some of the more caustic haze removers.
Imagemate Blockout No. 421
Blockout Red 421 is an inexpensive,
water-based solution used as a
solvent-based ink barrier. This bright
red liquid has just the right viscosity
to spread easily on to every mesh
count. Dry times have been greatly
reduced with evaporating agents,
yet is non-flammable. Water-soluble, therefore not for use with water-based inks.
Ulano Blockout No. 60
A water-soluble blockout with drying
characteristics similar to Indirect Films.
Can be used full strength for touch-
ups or thinned with water if desired.
Can be used in unventilated rooms
since it contains no organic solvents.
Recommended for use on all fabrics,
with all stencil systems. Use only with non-aqueous inks. Blue color.
Blockout Pen
An ultra fast drying
(30 to 90 seconds), water
soluble blockout. Recommended for on or off the press touch-up of direct stencil systems. Resists plastisol, UV, and most solvent based inks. Reclaims with water.
Ulanogel 23 Roughening/Degreasing Gel
The abrading action of Ulanogel 23 promotes better wetting of the mesh and adhesion of the stencil, and thus, longer press life. Its degreasing action removes dirt, dust, and oils from the mesh, reducing the risk of stencil failure and pinholing.
Magic Mesh Prep
COMBINED LIQUID SCREEN DEGREASER, WETTING AGENT, AND ANTISTATIC TREATMENT
Magic Mesh Prep is a ready-to-use
liquid combining the properties of
mesh degreaser, wetting agent, and
anti-static treatment.
Magic Mesh Prep improves the flow
characteristics of liquids, facilitating
more uniform coating of direct
emulsions and the easier transfer of ink
during printing, thereby improving printed image quality.
The improved wetting of mesh also promotes the adhesion of indirect and CDF® Direct-Film (capillary system film), and improves the durability of all stencil systems, for longer printing runs.
The antistatic properties of Magic Mesh Prep reduce the whiskering and feathering of ink when printing under low humidity conditions.
