Not intended for long-lasting, exterior finishes. Best applied over 4001 Sealer White.
Apply in very light coats. Fluorescent Colors crater easily when applied too heavily. Often 4-5 coats are required for the finish.
Intended for application with a spray gun or large tip-sized airbrush.
